ספר a sefer - a book (parchment). From ספר safar - to shave, shave. |

lat. Vulgata - popular, popular, widespread. From vulgaris - simple, ordinary. vulgus - people. |
| Septuagint |
The Greek Old Testament (Tanakh). lat. Septuaginta - seventy. |
| Chronicles |
παραλιπομενον - oblivion, omission. From παρα-λειπω - to be left aside.
3844 παρα - past. 3007 λειπω - leave.
דבריהימים dibri haimim - chronicle, events Certain days; Letters. The word about certain days.

originally is תהלים tkhilim - letters. Praise. From הלל halel - praise, praise, chanting (to be in great joy); panegyric. From him happened הללויה - hallelujah.
5568 ψαλμος - sob. Pulling; drawing bow; Clattering on the strings. From 5567 ψαλλω - to pull; Pull and release the bowstring.
ψαλτηριον - stringed instrument; Late. (Only in the church in the meaning of the collection of psalms).

| 1546 AD | - The Catholic Church adopted the final version of the Vulgate as the official text of Bible. |
| 1380 | is the 1st English Bible, Wycliffe's Bible. |
| 1534 g. | - Martin Luther made the German translation of Bible. |
| 1611 g. | - the translation of King James Version (today is the traditional English Bible). |
| RUSSIAN TRANSLATION |
| 1st Russian translation made Cyril and Methodius, they also came up with a Slavic alphabet for this.
