וַיַּאַסְפ֨וּ ^H622 פְלִשְׁתִּ֤ים ^H6430 אֶת־^H853מַֽחֲנֵיהֶם֙ ^H4264 לַמִּלְחָמָ֔ה ^H4421 וַיֵּאָ֣סְפ֔וּ ^H622 שֹׂכֹ֖ה ^H7755 אֲשֶׁ֣ר ^H834 לִיהוּדָ֑ה ^H3063 וַֽיַּחֲנ֛וּ ^H2583 בֵּין־^H996שׂוֹכֹ֥ה ^H7755 וּבֵין־^H996עֲזֵקָ֖ה ^H5825 בְּאֶ֥פֶס דַּמִּֽים׃ ^H658	1	Now the Philistines^H6430 gathered^H622 their armies^H4264 for battle;^H4421 and they were gathered^H622 at Socoh^H7755 which^H834 belongs to Judah,^H3063 and they camped^H2583 between^H996 Socoh^H7755 and Azekah,^H5825 in Ephes-dammim.	Καὶ^G2532 συνάγουσιν^G4863 ἀλλόφυλοι^G246 τὰς^G3588 παρεμβολὰς^G3925 αὐτῶν^G846 εἰς^G1519 πόλεμον^G4171 καὶ^G2532 συνάγονται^G4863 εἰς^G1519 Σοκχωθ τῆς^G3588 Ιουδαίας^G2449 καὶ^G2532 παρεμβάλλουσιν^G3924 ἀνὰ^G303 μέσον^G3319 Σοκχωθ καὶ^G2532 ἀνὰ^G303 μέσον^G3319 Αζηκα ἐν^G1722 Εφερμεμ.
וְשָׁא֤וּל ^H7586 וְאִֽישׁ־^H376יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ ^H3478 נֶאֶסְפ֔וּ ^H622 וַֽיַּחֲנ֖וּ ^H2583 בְּעֵ֣מֶק ^H6010 הָאֵלָ֑ה ^H425 וַיַּעַרְכ֥וּ ^H6186 מִלְחָמָ֖ה ^H4421 לִקְרַ֥את ^H7122 פְּלִשְׁתִּֽים׃ ^H6430	2	And Saul^H7586 and the men^H376 of Israel^H3478 were gathered,^H622 and camped^H2583 in the valley^H6010 of Elah,^H424 and drew^H6186 up in battle^H4421 array to encounter^H7122 the Philistines.^H6430	καὶ^G2532 Σαουλ^G4549 καὶ^G2532 οἱ^G3588 ἄνδρες^G435 Ισραηλ^G2474 συνάγονται^G4863 καὶ^G2532 παρεμβάλλουσιν^G3924 ἐν^G1722 τῇ^G3588 κοιλάδι· αὐτοὶ^G846 παρατάσσονται εἰς^G1519 πόλεμον^G4171 ἐξ^G1537 ἐναντίας^G1727 ἀλλοφύλων.^G246
וּפְלִשְׁתִּ֞ים ^H6430 עֹמְדִ֤ים ^H5975 אֶל־^H413הָהָר֙ ^H2022 מִזֶּ֔ה ^H2088 וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל ^H3478 עֹמְדִ֥ים ^H5975 אֶל־^H413הָהָ֖ר ^H2022 מִזֶּ֑ה ^H2088 וְהַגַּ֖יְא ^H1516 בֵּינֵיהֶֽם׃ ^H996	3	And the Philistines^H6430 stood^H5975 on the mountain^H2022 on one^H2088 side^H2088 while Israel^H3478 stood^H5975 on the mountain^H2022 on the other^H2088 side,^H2088 with the valley^H1516 between^H996 them.	καὶ^G2532 ἀλλόφυλοι^G246 ἵστανται^G2476 ἐπὶ^G1909 τοῦ^G3588 ὄρους^G3735 ἐνταῦθα, καὶ^G2532 Ισραηλ^G2474 ἵσταται^G2476 ἐπὶ^G1909 τοῦ^G3588 ὄρους^G3735 ἐνταῦθα, καὶ^G2532 ὁ^G3588 αὐλὼν^G836 ἀνὰ^G303 μέσον^G3319 αὐτῶν.^G846
וַיֵּצֵ֤א ^H3318 אִֽישׁ־^H376הַבֵּנַ֙יִם֙ ^H1143 מִמַּחֲנ֣וֹת ^H4264 פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים ^H6430 גָּלְיָ֥ת ^H1555 שְׁמ֖וֹ ^H8034 מִגַּ֑ת ^H1661 גָּבְה֕וֹ ^H1363 שֵׁ֥שׁ ^H8337 אַמּ֖וֹת ^H520 וָזָֽרֶת׃ ^H2239	4	Then a champion^H376 ^H996 came^H3318 out from the armies^H4264 of the Philistines^H6430 named^H8034 Goliath,^H1555 from Gath,^H1661 whose height^H1363 was six^H8337 cubits^H520 and a span.^H2239	καὶ^G2532 ἐξῆλθεν^G1831 ἀνὴρ^G435 δυνατὸς^G1415 ἐκ^G1537 τῆς^G3588 παρατάξεως τῶν^G3588 ἀλλοφύλων,^G246 Γολιαθ ὄνομα^G3686 αὐτῷ^G846 ἐκ^G1537 Γεθ, ὕψος^G5311 αὐτοῦ^G846 τεσσάρων^G5064 πήχεων^G4083 καὶ^G2532 σπιθαμῆς·
וְכ֤וֹבַע ^H3553 נְחֹ֙שֶׁת֙ ^H5178 עַל־^H5921רֹאשׁ֔וֹ ^H7218 וְשִׁרְי֥וֹן ^H8302 קַשְׂקַשִּׂ֖ים ^H7193 ה֣וּא ^H1931 לָב֑וּשׁ ^H3847 וּמִשְׁקַל֙ ^H4948 הַשִּׁרְי֔וֹן ^H8302 חֲמֵשֶׁת־^H2568אֲלָפִ֥ים ^H505 שְׁקָלִ֖ים ^H8255 נְחֹֽשֶֽׁת׃ ^H5178	5	And [he had] a bronze^H5178 helmet^H3553 on his head,^H7218 and he was clothed^H3847 with scale-armor which weighed^H4948 five^H2568 thousand^H505 shekels^H8255 of bronze.^H5178	καὶ^G2532 περικεφαλαία^G4030 ἐπὶ^G1909 τῆς^G3588 κεφαλῆς^G2776 αὐτοῦ,^G846 καὶ^G2532 θώρακα^G2382 ἁλυσιδωτὸν αὐτὸς^G846 ἐνδεδυκώς,^G1746 καὶ^G2532 ὁ^G3588 σταθμὸς τοῦ^G3588 θώρακος^G2382 αὐτοῦ^G846 πέντε^G4002 χιλιάδες^G5505 σίκλων χαλκοῦ^G5475 καὶ^G2532 σιδήρου·^G4604
וּמִצְחַ֥ת ^H4697 נְחֹ֖שֶׁת ^H5178 עַל־^H5921רַגְלָ֑יו ^H7272 וְכִיד֥וֹן ^H3591 נְחֹ֖שֶׁת ^H5178 בֵּ֥ין ^H996 כְּתֵפָֽיו׃ ^H3802	6	[He] also [had] bronze^H5178 greaves^H4697 on his legs^H7272 and a bronze^H5178 javelin^H3591 [slung] between^H996 his shoulders.^H3802	καὶ^G2532 κνημῖδες χαλκαῖ^G5470 ἐπάνω^G1883 τῶν^G3588 σκελῶν^G4628 αὐτοῦ,^G846 καὶ^G2532 ἀσπὶς^G785 χαλκῆ^G5470 ἀνὰ^G303 μέσον^G3319 τῶν^G3588 ὤμων^G3676 αὐτοῦ·^G846
[וְחָץ כ] (וְעֵ֣ץ ^H2671 ק) חֲנִית֗וֹ ^H2595 כִּמְנוֹר֙ ^H4500 אֹֽרְגִ֔ים ^H707 וְלַהֶ֣בֶת ^H3852 חֲנִית֔וֹ ^H2595 שֵׁשׁ־^H8337מֵא֥וֹת ^H3967 שְׁקָלִ֖ים ^H8255 בַּרְזֶ֑ל ^H1270 וְנֹשֵׂ֥א ^H5375 הַצִּנָּ֖ה ^H6793 הֹלֵ֥ךְ ^H1980 לְפָנָֽיו׃ ^H6440	7	And the shaft^H2671 of his spear^H2595 was like a weaver's beam,^H4500 and the head^H3852 of his spear^H2595 [weighed] six^H8337 hundred^H3967 shekels^H8255 of iron;^H1270 his shield-carrier also walked^H1980 before^H6440 him.	καὶ^G2532 ὁ^G3588 κοντὸς τοῦ^G3588 δόρατος αὐτοῦ^G846 ὡσεὶ^G5616 μέσακλον ὑφαινόντων,^G5305 καὶ^G2532 ἡ^G3588 λόγχη^G3057 αὐτοῦ^G846 ἑξακοσίων^G1812 σίκλων σιδήρου·^G4604 καὶ^G2532 ὁ^G3588 αἴρων^G142 τὰ^G3588 ὅπλα^G3696 αὐτοῦ^G846 προεπορεύετο^G4313 αὐτοῦ.^G846
וַֽיַּעֲמֹ֗ד ^H5975 וַיִּקְרָא֙ ^H7121 אֶל־^H413מַעַרְכֹ֣ת ^H4634 יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל ^H3478 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ^H559 לָהֶ֔ם לָ֥מָּה ^H4100 תֵצְא֖וּ ^H3318 לַעֲרֹ֣ךְ ^H6186 מִלְחָמָ֑ה ^H4421 הֲל֧וֹא ^H3808 אָנֹכִ֣י ^H595 הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֗י ^H6430 וְאַתֶּם֙ ^H859 עֲבָדִ֣ים ^H5650 לְשָׁא֔וּל ^H7586 בְּרוּ־^H1262לָכֶ֥ם אִ֖ישׁ ^H376 וְיֵרֵ֥ד ^H3381 אֵלָֽי׃ ^H413	8	And he stood^H5975 and shouted^H7121 to the ranks^H4634 of Israel,^H3478 and said^H559 to them, "Why^H4100 do you come^H3318 out to draw^H6186 up in battle^H4421 array? Am I not the Philistine^H6430 and you servants^H5650 of Saul^H7586? Choose^H1262 a man^H376 for yourselves and let him come^H3381 down^H3381 to me.	καὶ^G2532 ἔστη^G2476 καὶ^G2532 ἀνεβόησεν^G310 εἰς^G1519 τὴν^G3588 παράταξιν Ισραηλ^G2474 καὶ^G2532 εἶπεν^G2036 αὐτοῖς^G846 Τί^G5100 ἐκπορεύεσθε^G1607 παρατάξασθαι πολέμῳ^G4171 ἐξ^G1537 ἐναντίας^G1727 ἡμῶν;^G1473 οὐκ^G3364 ἐγώ^G1473 εἰμι^G1510 ἀλλόφυλος^G246 καὶ^G2532 ὑμεῖς^G4771 Εβραῖοι^G1445 τοῦ^G3588 Σαουλ;^G4549 ἐκλέξασθε^G1586 ἑαυτοῖς^G1438 ἄνδρα^G435 καὶ^G2532 καταβήτω^G2597 πρός^G4314 με,^G1473
אִם־^H518יוּכַ֞ל ^H3201 לְהִלָּחֵ֤ם ^H3898 אִתִּי֙ ^H854 וְהִכָּ֔נִי ^H5221 וְהָיִ֥ינוּ ^H1961 לָכֶ֖ם לַעֲבָדִ֑ים ^H5650 וְאִם־^H518אֲנִ֤י ^H589 אֽוּכַל־^H3201לוֹ֙ וְהִכִּיתִ֔יו ^H5221 וִהְיִ֤יתֶם ^H1961 לָ֙נוּ֙ לַעֲבָדִ֔ים ^H5650 וַעֲבַדְתֶּ֖ם ^H5647 אֹתָֽנוּ׃ ^H853	9	"If^H518 he is able^H3201 to fight^H3898 with me and kill^H5221 me, then we will become^H1961 your servants;^H5650 but if^H518 I prevail^H3201 against him and kill^H5221 him, then you shall become^H1961 our servants^H5650 and serve^H5647 us."	καὶ^G2532 ἐὰν^G1437 δυνηθῇ^G1410 πρὸς^G4314 ἐμὲ^G1473 πολεμῆσαι^G4170 καὶ^G2532 ἐὰν^G1437 πατάξῃ^G3960 με,^G1473 καὶ^G2532 ἐσόμεθα^G1510 ὑμῖν^G4771 εἰς^G1519 δούλους,^G1401 ἐὰν^G1437 δὲ^G1161 ἐγὼ^G1473 δυνηθῶ^G1410 καὶ^G2532 πατάξω^G3960 αὐτόν,^G846 ἔσεσθε^G1510 ἡμῖν^G1473 εἰς^G1519 δούλους^G1401 καὶ^G2532 δουλεύσετε^G1398 ἡμῖν.^G1473
וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ ^H559 הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔י ^H6430 אֲנִ֗י ^H589 חֵרַ֛פְתִּי ^H2778 אֶת־^H853מַעַרְכ֥וֹת ^H4634 יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל ^H3478 הַיּ֣וֹם ^H3117 הַזֶּ֑ה ^H2088 תְּנוּ־^H5414לִ֣י אִ֔ישׁ ^H376 וְנִֽלָּחֲמָ֖ה ^H3898 יָֽחַד׃ ^H3162	10	Again the Philistine^H6430 said,^H559 "I defy^H2778 the ranks^H4634 of Israel^H3478 this^H2088 day;^H3117 give^H5414 me a man^H376 that we may fight^H3898 together.^H3162"	καὶ^G2532 εἶπεν^G2036 ὁ^G3588 ἀλλόφυλος^G246 Ἰδοὺ^G2400 ἐγὼ^G1473 ὠνείδισα^G3679 τὴν^G3588 παράταξιν Ισραηλ^G2474 σήμερον^G4594 ἐν^G1722 τῇ^G3588 ἡμέρᾳ^G2250 ταύτῃ·^G3778 δότε^G1325 μοι^G1473 ἄνδρα,^G435 καὶ^G2532 μονομαχήσομεν ἀμφότεροι.^G297
וַיִּשְׁמַ֤ע ^H8085 שָׁאוּל֙ ^H7586 וְכָל־^H3605יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל ^H3478 אֶת־^H853דִּבְרֵ֥י ^H1697 הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖י ^H6430 הָאֵ֑לֶּה ^H428 וַיֵּחַ֥תּוּ ^H2865 וַיִּֽרְא֖וּ ^H3372 מְאֹֽד׃ ^H3966 פ	11	When Saul^H7586 and all^H3605 Israel^H3478 heard^H8085 these^H428 words^H1697 of the Philistine,^H6430 they were dismayed^H2865 and greatly^H3966 afraid.^H3372	καὶ^G2532 ἤκουσεν^G191 Σαουλ^G4549 καὶ^G2532 πᾶς^G3956 Ισραηλ^G2474 τὰ^G3588 ῥήματα^G4487 τοῦ^G3588 ἀλλοφύλου^G246 ταῦτα^G3778 καὶ^G2532 ἐξέστησαν^G1839 καὶ^G2532 ἐφοβήθησαν^G5399 σφόδρα.^G4970
וְדָוִד֩ ^H1732 בֶּן־^H1121אִ֨ישׁ ^H376 אֶפְרָתִ֜י ^H673 הַזֶּ֗ה ^H2088 מִבֵּ֥ית לֶ֙חֶם֙ ^H1035 יְהוּדָ֔ה ^H3063 וּשְׁמ֣וֹ ^H8034 יִשַׁ֔י ^H3448 וְל֖וֹ שְׁמֹנָ֣ה ^H8083 בָנִ֑ים ^H1121 וְהָאִישׁ֙ ^H376 בִּימֵ֣י ^H3117 שָׁא֔וּל ^H7586 זָקֵ֖ן ^H2204 בָּ֥א ^H935 בַאֲנָשִֽׁים׃ ^H376	12	Now David^H1732 was the son^H1121 of the Ephrathite^H673 of Bethlehem^H1035 in Judah,^H3063 whose name^H8034 was Jesse,^H3448 and he had eight^H8083 sons.^H1121 And Jesse was old^H2204 in the days^H3117 of Saul,^H7586 advanced^H935 [in years] among men.^H376
וַיֵּ֨לְכ֜וּ ^H1980 שְׁלֹ֤שֶׁת ^H7969 בְּנֵֽי־^H1121יִשַׁי֙ ^H3448 הַגְּדֹלִ֔ים ^H1419 הָלְכ֥וּ ^H1980 אַחֲרֵי־^H310שָׁא֖וּל ^H7586 לַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה ^H4421 וְשֵׁ֣ם ^H8034 ׀ שְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת ^H7969 בָּנָ֗יו ^H1121 אֲשֶׁ֤ר ^H834 הָלְכוּ֙ ^H1980 בַּמִּלְחָמָ֔ה ^H4421 אֱלִיאָ֣ב ^H446 הַבְּכ֗וֹר ^H1060 וּמִשְׁנֵ֙הוּ֙ ^H4932 אֲבִ֣ינָדָ֔ב ^H41 וְהַשְּׁלִשִׁ֖י ^H7992 שַׁמָּֽה׃ ^H8048	13	And the three^H7969 older^H1419 sons^H1121 of Jesse^H3448 had gone^H1980 after^H310 Saul^H7586 to the battle.^H4421 And the names^H8034 of his three^H7969 sons^H1121 who^H834 went^H1980 to the battle^H4421 were Eliab^H446 the first-born, and the second^H4932 to him Abinadab,^H41 and the third^H7992 Shammah.^H8048
וְדָוִ֖ד ^H1732 ה֣וּא ^H1931 הַקָּטָ֑ן ^H6996 וּשְׁלֹשָׁה֙ ^H7969 הַגְּדֹלִ֔ים ^H1419 הָלְכ֖וּ ^H1980 אַחֲרֵ֥י ^H310 שָׁאֽוּל׃ ^H7586 ס	14	And David^H1732 was the youngest.^H6996 Now the three^H7969 oldest^H1419 followed^H1980 ^H310 Saul,^H7586
וְדָוִ֛ד ^H1732 הֹלֵ֥ךְ ^H1980 וָשָׁ֖ב ^H7725 מֵעַ֣ל ^H5921 שָׁא֑וּל ^H7586 לִרְע֛וֹת ^H7462 אֶת־^H853צֹ֥אן ^H6629 אָבִ֖יו ^H1 בֵּֽית־לָֽחֶם׃ ^H1035	15	but David^H1732 went^H1980 ^H7725 back^H7725 and forth from Saul^H7586 to tend^H7462 his father's flock^H6629 at Bethlehem.^H1035
וַיִּגַּ֥שׁ ^H5066 הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖י ^H6430 הַשְׁכֵּ֣ם ^H7925 וְהַעֲרֵ֑ב ^H6150 וַיִּתְיַצֵּ֖ב ^H3320 אַרְבָּעִ֥ים ^H705 יֽוֹם׃ ^H3117 פ	16	And the Philistine^H6430 came^H5066 forward^H5066 morning^H7925 and evening^H6150 for forty^H705 days,^H3117 and took^H3320 his stand.^H3320
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר ^H559 יִשַׁ֜י ^H3448 לְדָוִ֣ד ^H1732 בְּנ֗וֹ ^H1121 קַח־^H3947נָ֤א ^H4994 לְאַחֶ֙יךָ֙ ^H251 אֵיפַ֤ת ^H374 הַקָּלִיא֙ ^H7039 הַזֶּ֔ה ^H2088 וַעֲשָׂרָ֥ה ^H6235 לֶ֖חֶם ^H3899 הַזֶּ֑ה ^H2088 וְהָרֵ֥ץ ^H7323 הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֖ה ^H4264 לְאַחֶֽיךָ׃ ^H251	17	Then Jesse^H3448 said^H559 to David^H1732 his son,^H1121 "Take^H3947 now^H4994 for your brothers^H251 an ephah^H374 of this^H2088 roasted^H7039 grain^H7039 and these^H2088 ten^H6235 loaves,^H3899 and run^H7323 to the camp^H4264 to your brothers.^H251
וְ֠אֵת ^H853 עֲשֶׂ֜רֶת ^H6235 חֲרִצֵ֤י ^H2757 הֶֽחָלָב֙ ^H2461 הָאֵ֔לֶּה ^H428 תָּבִ֖יא ^H935 לְשַׂר־^H8269הָאָ֑לֶף ^H505 וְאֶת־^H853אַחֶ֙יךָ֙ ^H251 תִּפְקֹ֣ד ^H6485 לְשָׁל֔וֹם ^H7965 וְאֶת־^H853עֲרֻבָּתָ֖ם ^H6161 תִּקָּֽח׃ ^H3947	18	"Bring^H935 also these^H428 ten^H6235 cuts^H2757 of cheese^H2461 to the commander^H8269 of [their] thousand,^H505 and look^H6485 into the welfare^H7965 of your brothers,^H251 and bring^H3947 back news^H6161 of them.
וְשָׁא֤וּל ^H7586 וְהֵ֙מָּה֙ ^H1992 וְכָל־^H3605אִ֣ישׁ ^H582 יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל ^H3478 בְּעֵ֖מֶק ^H6010 הָֽאֵלָ֑ה ^H425 נִלְחָמִ֖ים ^H3898 עִם־^H5973פְּלִשְׁתִּֽים׃ ^H6430	19	"For Saul^H7586 and they and all^H3605 the men^H376 of Israel^H3478 are in the valley^H6010 of Elah,^H424 fighting^H3898 with the Philistines.^H6430"
וַיַּשְׁכֵּ֨ם ^H7925 דָּוִ֜ד ^H1732 בַּבֹּ֗קֶר ^H1242 וַיִּטֹּ֤שׁ ^H5203 אֶת־^H853הַצֹּאן֙ ^H6629 עַל־^H5921שֹׁמֵ֔ר ^H8104 וַיִּשָּׂ֣א ^H5375 וַיֵּ֔לֶךְ ^H1980 כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר ^H834 צִוָּ֖הוּ ^H6680 יִשָׁ֑י ^H3448 וַיָּבֹא֙ ^H935 הַמַּעְגָּ֔לָה ^H4570 וְהַחַ֗יִל ^H2428 הַיֹּצֵא֙ ^H3318 אֶל־^H413הַמַּ֣עֲרָכָ֔ה ^H4634 וְהֵרֵ֖עוּ ^H7321 בַּמִּלְחָמָֽה׃ ^H4421	20	So David^H1732 arose^H7925 early^H7925 in the morning^H1242 and left^H5203 the flock^H6629 with a keeper^H8104 and took^H5375 [the supplies] and went^H1980 as Jesse^H3448 had commanded^H6680 him. And he came^H935 to the circle^H4570 of the camp^H4570 while the army^H2428 was going^H3318 out in battle^H4634 array^H4634 shouting^H7321 the war^H4421 cry.^H7321
וַתַּעֲרֹ֤ךְ ^H6186 יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ ^H3478 וּפְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים ^H6430 מַעֲרָכָ֖ה ^H4634 לִקְרַ֥את ^H7122 מַעֲרָכָֽה׃ ^H4634	21	And Israel^H3478 and the Philistines^H6430 drew^H6186 up in battle^H6186 array, army^H4634 against^H7122 army.^H4634

וַיָּ֣רָץ ^H7323 דָּ֠וִד ^H1732 וַיַּעֲמֹ֨ד ^H5975 אֶל־^H413הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֜י ^H6430 וַיִּקַּ֣ח ^H3947 אֶת־^H853חַ֠רְבּוֹ ^H2719 וַֽיִּשְׁלְפָ֤הּ ^H8025 מִתַּעְרָהּ֙ ^H8593 וַיְמֹ֣תְתֵ֔הוּ ^H4191 וַיִּכְרָת־^H3772בָּ֖הּ אֶת־^H853רֹאשׁ֑וֹ ^H7218 וַיִּרְא֧וּ ^H7200 הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֛ים ^H6430 כִּֽי־^H3588מֵ֥ת ^H4191 גִּבּוֹרָ֖ם ^H1368 וַיָּנֻֽסוּ׃ ^H5127	51	Then David^H1732 ran^H7323 and stood^H5975 over^H413 the Philistine^H6430 and took^H3947 his sword^H2719 and drew^H8025 it out of its sheath^H8593 and killed^H4191 him, and cut^H3772 off^H3772 his head^H7218 with it. וַיִּקַּ֤ח ^H3947 דָּוִד֙ ^H1732 אֶת־^H853רֹ֣אשׁ ^H7218 הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔י ^H6430 וַיְבִאֵ֖הוּ ^H935 יְרוּשָׁלִָ֑ם ^H3389 וְאֶת־^H853כֵּלָ֖יו ^H3627 שָׂ֥ם ^H7760 בְּאָהֳלֽוֹ׃ ^H168 ס	54	Then David^H1732 took^H3947 the Philistine's head^H7218 and brought^H935 it to Jerusalem,^H3389 but he put^H7760 his weapons^H3627 in his tent.^H168	καὶ^G2532 ἔλαβεν^G2983 Δαυιδ^G1138 τὴν^G3588 κεφαλὴν^G2776 τοῦ^G3588 ἀλλοφύλου^G246 καὶ^G2532 ἤνεγκεν^G5342 αὐτὴν^G846 εἰς^G1519 Ιερουσαλημ^G2419 καὶ^G2532 τὰ^G3588 σκεύη^G4632 αὐτοῦ^G846 ἔθηκεν^G5087 ἐν^G1722 τῷ^G3588 σκηνώματι^G4638 αὐτοῦ.^G846
וְכִרְא֨וֹת ^H7200 שָׁא֜וּל ^H7586 אֶת־^H853דָּוִ֗ד ^H1732 יֹצֵא֙ ^H3318 לִקְרַ֣את ^H7122 הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔י ^H6430 אָמַ֗ר ^H559 אֶל־^H413אַבְנֵר֙ ^H74 שַׂ֣ר ^H8269 הַצָּבָ֔א ^H6635 בֶּן־^H1121מִי־^H4310זֶ֥ה ^H2088 הַנַּ֖עַר ^H5288 אַבְנֵ֑ר ^H74 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ^H559 אַבְנֵ֔ר ^H74 חֵֽי־^H2416נַפְשְׁךָ֥ ^H5315 הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ ^H4428 אִם־^H518יָדָֽעְתִּי׃ ^H3045	55	Now when Saul^H7586 saw^H7200 David^H1732 going^H3318 out against^H7122 the Philistine,^H6430 he said^H559 to Abner^H74 the commander^H8269 of the army,^H6635 "Abner,^H74 whose^H4310 son^H1121 is this^H2088 young^H5288 man^H5288?" And Abner^H74 said,^H559 "By your life,^H5315 O king,^H4428 I do not know.^H3045"
וַיֹּ֖אמֶר ^H559 הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ ^H4428 שְׁאַ֣ל ^H7592 אַתָּ֔ה ^H859 בֶּן־^H1121מִי־^H4310זֶ֖ה ^H2088 הָעָֽלֶם׃ ^H5958 ס	56	And the king^H4428 said,^H559 "You inquire^H7592 whose^H4310 son^H1121 the youth^H5958 is."
וּכְשׁ֣וּב ^H7725 דָּוִ֗ד ^H1732 מֵֽהַכּוֹת֙ ^H5221 אֶת־^H853הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔י ^H6430 וַיִּקַּ֤ח ^H3947 אֹתוֹ֙ ^H853 אַבְנֵ֔ר ^H74 וַיְבִאֵ֖הוּ ^H935 לִפְנֵ֣י ^H6440 שָׁא֑וּל ^H7586 וְרֹ֥אשׁ ^H7218 הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖י ^H6430 בְּיָדֽוֹ׃ ^H3027	57	So when David^H1732 returned^H7725 from killing^H5221 the Philistine,^H6430 Abner^H74 took^H3947 him and brought^H935 him before^H6440 Saul^H7586 with the Philistine's head^H7218 in his hand.^H3027
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר ^H559 אֵלָיו֙ ^H413 שָׁא֔וּל ^H7586 בֶּן־^H1121מִ֥י ^H4310 אַתָּ֖ה ^H859 הַנָּ֑עַר ^H5288 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ^H559 דָּוִ֔ד ^H1732 בֶּֽן־^H1121עַבְדְּךָ֥ ^H5650 יִשַׁ֖י ^H3448 בֵּ֥ית הַלַּחְמִֽי׃ ^H1022	58	And Saul^H7586 said^H559 to him, "Whose^H4310 son^H1121 are you, young^H5288 man^H5288?" And David^H1732 answered,^H559 "[I am] the son^H1121 of your servant^H5650 Jesse^H3448 the Bethlehemite.^H1022"
