How to close the site page with SMS form

Anyone can get to a page that does not close and requires you to enter your cell number. What should I do?

1. Hit Ctrl + Shift + Esc
2. Opens the "Task Manager", select your browser from the list (by icon)
3. Click "Clear task".
4. Confirmation may be required in the pop-up window.
5. As the browser closed, open it again.
6. Typically, the browser prompts you to restore the closed windows. This should not be done, otherwise we will again hit the page with the SMS request. If you open it again. Do the same procedure again.
