About how I made a purchase through the famous Bolero store.

I wanted to buy a book, quite expensive, but good. Found it on Bolero, ordered, paid, wait.

Bolero reports that my money has been credited to their account, and the order itself has been sent such a number.
I'm waiting for a month, but there is no book.
I'm writing a letter to the support team.
I was advised to come to the post himself, although there were never problems with receipts.
But there was no parcel.
Again I am writing a letter to the support team.
Then they referred that they themselves can apply to the postal service not earlier than 2 months after sending the order.

I had to wait these 2 months and repeat the request in Bolero. This time there was no answer.
After pausing and making sure that I was simply ignored, I wrote a letter of approximate content:

"I understand that you are not going to answer, in other words, they threw me, then I will treat you like scammers, with all the consequences that result from them, that is, I will inform WebMoney that you are listed in the black list" .

Immediately received an answer, where they again asked what they had asked before. So, I and answered what I answered before.
In response, silence again.

Again I am writing a letter like the one above.
I get the answer that the money was returned to my account in Bolero. That is, I can only use them in Bolero, but there is no desire to go through it all again.

I'm writing again a letter to get my money back to WebMoney, and use it for purchases in Bolero or somewhere else I would like to decide myself.
I was again ignored.
Do not misunderstand me. When I made an order, paid, etc., the answer came right away. Now wait a week and silence.
Again I am writing a letter like the one above.
I already feel uncomfortable. It turns out, I frighten them with a black list. But my goal is to find out whether they threw me or not and finish with all this.
Again an immediate response.

After some time, money is returned to my WebMoney purse except for their commission, that is, our glorious Bolero earned anyway without even serving the customer.

P.s.
My (that is subjective) conclusion - the trade in Bolero is well established, that is, there is a good website engine, but the service is disgusting.
I hope my experience will help you avoid such problems, or be bolder in the return of your funds.
