Especially, there is a portable version, no installation required, just unpack and use.

The developer of Slimjet is FlashPeak, which also produces the browsers SlimBrowser (running on Trident engine) and SlimBoat (running on WebKit engine), which are essentially clones of Slimjet, but with different engines.

If you used Google Chrome, on Slimjet just log in to your account and all the settings, bookmarks ... ...will be transferred to you.
You will not feel any difference, the engine is the same, only lightweight.
