The main thing here is reliability and minimum fuss.
I installed the app and I already had my card there, I kind of bought something on Google Play and I didn't need to enter it.
I also had almost all of my store discount cards.
I don't know where Google got them from, maybe from another app.
Either way, I just put the app in and started using it.

I don't have to carry all those cards around, all in one app.
You can also use the app with ATMs that work contactless as well.
