P.9 Protocol of the meeting of the Presidium of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for the Implementation of Priority National Projects and Demographic Policy of August 14, 2009 No. 30: 'The Fund for Support of Children in Difficult Life situation, in conjunction with the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia and the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation ... to ensure the conduct of a nationwide information campaign in 2010 to combat ill-treatment of children.'

Campaign geography
All subjects of the Russian Federation.
The campaign is built on the principle of water circles: scenarios (descriptions) of events and actions held in the federal center are offered for implementation to all constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
For reference: in 34 constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2010, 64 projects are implemented to combat ill-treatment of children, in 10 - programs on the same topic (grants for implementation are provided by the Fund to support children in difficult life situations).
