Numbering difference of Russian and English Bible

It is clear that the question is not only about the Russian and English breakdown of the Bible. Let's say Norwegian is also different from Russian, it differs slightly and from English.

Simply English is international, like Greek in the time of Jesus. Because it is interesting to us.

Many know that the numbering of the psalms is different. Many people know that the numbering of verses is different, mainly because in the English version of the phrase like "The Psalm of David" or "The Chief of the Choir" are listed in the table of contents, we have the same verse.

Few know that there is a difference in the breakdown and in a number of other books and even in the New Testament.

*-The introduction to the psalm can take one or two verses.

More on the numbering of verses in the Psalms. Many Psalms begin in the first verse with a description of the authorship of the psalm and the musical instruments for which it is written. In the English Bible, this introduction is often combined with the first lines of the psalm in the first verse. In the Russian Bible this first verse is often divided into the first (introduction, authorship, instruments), and the 2nd (the first lines of the psalm).

75-76, 79-80,
82-84, 87-88,
91, 101, 107, 139
The first verse in the Russian Bible is divided into 2, so the number of the verse is 1 more than in the English Bible
50, 51, 53, 59 The first verse in the Russian Bible is divided into 3, so the number of the verse is 2 more than in the English Bible
9, 114, 115, 147 The numbering is very different because of the different division into chapters
